I enjoyed the central location near the metro. It made getting around simple. The room was spacious. The room decoration was tasteful. I liked that there were comfortable areas in the lobby. Companions gathered there often. I especially found the complimentary beverages provided in the lobby to be useful.
The noise was terrible. I could hear much noise pollution at night. This made it hard to sleep.

The hotel offers a breakfast area with many choices. Plenty of customers seemed to enjoy this amenity. There is also a lounge that provides free coffee and tea, available all day long for the residents to enjoy.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made useful recommendations about local restaurants. They also offered advice about how to travel around the city and travel back to the airport, which I found useful.

I found the staff very friendly. They helped make the check-in process easy. The hotel offered free coffee and tea all day in the lobby. This was a real value for a 2-star rated hotel.
The lack of soundproofing was an issue. I heard power tools from early morning. The shower wasn't sealed well, so it leaked. the toilet had a sewer smell.

the room felt spacious i enjoyed the comfort of the bed it was very clean free coffee tea and water were available i liked that the hotel was a bit removed from the main tourist areas this felt more authentic
the walls seemed thin noises from neighboring rooms were audible at times
